Vero Forza Cancellation, Warranty, and Replacement Policy

Order Cancellation:

- Order cancellation is permitted only prior to product dispatch.

- You can initiate cancellation by contacting us through email at support@veroforza.com or calling one +91 9820220528 during our working hours, i.e., Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding government holidays.

- Please note that refunds/cancellations are subject to the deduction of payment gateway charges.

- Orders can only be cancelled before the product has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

- Please allow us 7 business days to process the refund amount to your account.

- In case of non-acceptance of the product by the customer, wrong address, or non-availability of the customer at the given address, the freight value will be adjusted from the initial advance payment.

Customer Support & Warranty Policy:

We extend our gratitude for choosing Vero Forza. To provide you with the best service, we have established the following Customer Support & Warranty Policy:

- To report issues such as wrong, damaged, or missing products, or empty packaging, please notify us within 24 hours from the delivery time. Complaints reported beyond 24 hours will not be accepted.

Vero Forza Warranty:

- Vero Forza products are backed by a non-transferable warranty valid for up to 90 Days from the date of purchase, excluding physical damages.

- Product warranty claims require valid proof of purchase in the form of a VAT/GST invoice.

- Replacement of the product is subject to certain terms and conditions:

1. The original purchase invoice must be presented.
2. The product should be bought from an authorized dealer/retailer.
3. The invoice should include the Product code, Date of purchase, VAT/GST, Seller details, and Purchase value.
4. Tampering of the invoice will lead to the rejection of warranty claims.
5. Damage due to unauthorized adaptations, high ampere charging, or unattended charging exceeding 30 mins is not covered.
6. Warranty is void if the product is opened or serviced by an unauthorized center.
7. External accessories mentioned in the manual or cosmetic parts are not covered.
8. Damages from accidents, water/moisture exposure, fire, and external causes beyond Vero Forza's control are not covered.

Terms and Conditions:

- Warranty claims may take up to 14 working days for completion, depending on stock availability.

- If the replacement product is not in stock, we reserve the right to provide a similar product of similar value.

- Please note that product models, color ways, and styles may change over time, and an exact replacement cannot be guaranteed.

- Shipping for replacements will be handled by Vero Forza, while the customer is responsible for shipping/handling charges for sending products to authorized service centers.

Determining Authority:

- Replacement under warranty claim is solely at the discretion of Vero Forza.

- Failure to follow required procedures may void your warranty claim.

- Vero Forza is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages under this warranty.
