RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Vero Forza assures to the purchaser that your Vero Forza hardware product shall be free from defects from the time of purchase to the length of time identified on your product package and/or at www.veroforza.com. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser and in the same country where the product was purchased. Extended warranty, if applicable, is subject to offer. You may find your product warranty and duration by visiting www.veroforza.com under product support page, or by mailing us with your complete product details at email@example.com
Visit www.veroforza.com and browse to the product support page, enter your contact details, the serial number for your product, and with your order ID (Amazon third-party retailers included). Your product will be automatically registered within 24-hours, and a confirmation mail will be sent to your registered E-mail address. For any other assistance with claiming warranty, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org, or use the quick chat option on the website. Also be sure to check the FAQ section for additional assistance. Valid warranty claims are subject to process within 30 days of purchase, any claims made after the aforementioned duration are subject to rejection unless accepted otherwise.
Vero Forza reserves the right to replace/repair the product as required, for the best results. This includes (but is not limited to) repair/replace the hardware, refund the full amount to the end user, provided the product is returned. Shipping and handling charges may apply unless prohibited by applicable law or mentioned otherwise. Warranty does not cover the following instances. (1) Accidental damage, intentional abuse, usage by the user non-compliant to the directed instructions mentioned by the product support page/product manual which includes but is not limited to improper usage not in accordance with product manual, usage of imrproper voltage supply, replacing batteries not supplied/directed by Vero Forza. Lost parts supplied originally with your product, Non-Vero Forza products used with the original product resulting in malfunction or permanent damage. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage,is not covered as well.
The reimbursement/replacement by warranty claim does not include Non-Vero Foza products.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VERO FORZA IS NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANYINDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA (WHETHER INDIRECT OR DIRECT) OR LOSS FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCT EVEN IF VERO FORZA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. As per jurisdictions some of the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
No Vero Forza dealer, third-party vendor, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to the warranty after product purchase and claimed warranty.

Warranty Terms This Vero Forza manufacturer warranty (hereafter referred to as the “Warranty”) is granted by Vero Forza of Modyfit Sportswear LLP. (hereafter referred to as “Vero Forza”) to the purchaser (hereafter referred to as “You”) of Vero Forza (hereafter referred to as the “Product”). This warranty card is being delivered with the Product, subject to the following terms and conditions. Vero Forza warrants the Product to be free from any defects in workmanship and materials for the Warranty Period. This Warranty does not cover bundled accessories provided with the product , which were delivered together with the Product (unless sold separately) such as bag, mouse, cables, etc. If the Product fails during normal and proper use within the Warranty Period, Vero Forza will repair or replace the defective parts of the Product, or the Product in question iteself, with new or refurbished parts or products that are functionally equivalent or superior to those originally supplied. This Warranty applies only if the Product was newly manufactured on the Date of Purchase and not sold as used, refurbished or manufacturing seconds. Please keep the original purchase invoice and this warranty card for the future service requests. This Warranty does not include failure caused by improper installation, operation, cleaning or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, damage, Non-Vero Forza modifications to any product, any softwares, normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage or any other event, act, default or omission outside Vero Forza’s control. For further details, see section 6 of this Warranty Card. All components that Vero Forza Service Center repaired or replaced will be under warranty for three months or for the remainder of the warranty period, whichever is applicable only if mentioned.
